Shipping USA: Shipping is $7.95 for your entire plant order ( United States orders only, including Hawaii and Alaska and
territories) . Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail and includes delivery confirmation. You will receive an email (with
tracking #) from the US Postal Service when your order is shipped. We process and ship orders made before yours
first. The time till shipped depends on how many previously made orders are ahead of your order on the list. Generally
you may expect delivery in about 5 - 8 business days. If you need your order by a specific date for a specific event,
please let us know the date and what the event is at the time of purchase and we will expedite or delay the order as
needed.

If there is extremely cold temperatures forecast for your area, we may delay shipping. 72 hour heat packs are available
for a fee but are generally not necessary if temperatures are at least in the mid to upper 20`s F because the box
provides some protection.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE RETURN POLICY: If you have received your plants and they are not what you expected
and you would like to return them for a refund of the purchase price or receive credit on your next order, email us to
make return arrangements. Return period in which you may return items is 14 days. Returned plants must be in
excellent healthy condition (please read the next two paragraphs).   Once made, orders can be cancelled for a valid
reason only.

We guarantee that the plants we send are very healthy and will replace any plants that are not delivered healthy (but we
are not responsible for problems caused by US Postal Service or weather or your subsequent care). Any plant health problems will be evident upon
arrival or within 24 hours. EMAIL US IMMEDIATELY IF YOU BELIEVE THERE IS A HEALTH PROBLEM AT DELIVERY
and if possible, provide photos. Failing to do this will invalidate our guarantee. We are not responsible for health
problems occurring later because these problems would be caused by your care. So IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT
YOU READ AND FOLLOW THE CARE INSTRUCTIONS provided with your order and also available on this site.   If
you follow the care instructions your plants will thrive.

We guarantee that the plants we ship are very healthy and of high quality. We stand behind our products 100%.
However, Airplants4u is not responsible for damages that occur in shipping: i.e. freezing, heat damage, breakage,
delays, etc. These claims must be filed with the carrier since they are beyond our control.

We also ship internationally using USDA Phyto-Sanitary Certificates(cost approx. $61.30). YOU SHOULD CHECK
WITH YOUR NATION`S AGRICULTURAL OFFICIALS TO SEE IF AN IMPORT PERMIT OR ANY ADDITIONAL
DOCUMENTS ARE ALSO REQUIRED. Orders shipped without required documents are shipped at buyers risk. We
can not ship to Australia without an import permit (and phyto). At this time we can not ship to Germany. Shipping cost
varies depending on weight and shipping method. Buyers must pay any import Duty taxes or any other taxes your
